Book of Rebirth is a 2020 Spinomenal slot that uses the classic Egyptian book format. It has a 5x3 grid with 10 fixed paylines, a book that is both wild and scatter, and free spins with an expanding symbol picked on a wheel. The top prize is 5,000x your stake, and you can buy the bonus where that is allowed. It suits you if you like book slots with medium volatility and a bonus buy option.
How does Book of Rebirth work?
You play five reels and three rows with 10 fixed paylines. Matching symbols from left to right pay.
Bets range from 0.10 to 100 per spin, and the paylines are fixed, so every spin covers all 10 lines. Autoplay, turbo and quick spin options are available if you prefer a faster pace.
The book symbol acts as both wild and scatter. It substitutes for other symbols on lines, and three, four or five books anywhere pay 2x, 25x or 250x your stake.
What are the Book of Rebirth bonus features?
Three or more books pay their scatter prize and start 10 free spins. A wheel then picks one symbol to be the expanding symbol for the round.
When the expanding symbol is part of a win, it fills its whole reel and pays on all lines, even when the reels are not next to each other. More books during the round add more spins, with no limit on retriggers. Where allowed, you can buy the free spins for 104x your stake.
Is Book of Rebirth worth playing? RTP and volatility explained
Catalogues list the RTP at 95.9% and up to 96.14%, and Spinomenal uses ranging RTP, so casinos can choose a setting. One casino listing shows 91.72%, which shows how low it can go. Always check the info screen before you play.
Volatility is rated medium, which is a little calmer than many book games. Your result still depends on which symbol the wheel picks for free spins. The figures here come from one independent catalogue, so treat them as a guide.
Spinomenal has released many book themed games, and Book of Rebirth is one of the better known. The wheel that picks the expanding symbol is mostly a visual touch, since the choice is still random, but it gives the start of the bonus a bit more suspense than a plain reveal.
