This page explains how to sign in to Madnix, the most common reasons a login fails and how to fix them, what account verification involves, and how to reach Madnix support. We link only to the official Madnix site. On mobile the steps are the same in the browser. If Madnix offers an app, you log in with the same details.
How to log in to Madnix
- Open the official Madnix site.
- Click Log in at the top of the page.

Can't log in to Madnix? Common fixes
- Wrong password: use Forgot password on the login form and follow the link sent to your email. Check the spam folder.
- Account locked after several failed attempts: wait for the lock to expire or ask support to unlock it.
- Verification pending: some features, including withdrawals, stay blocked until your documents are approved.
- Self-exclusion or cool-off active: you cannot log in until the period ends. This is by design and support cannot lift it early.
- Site not available in your country: Madnix blocks some countries. Do not use workarounds, as that breaks the terms and can void your winnings.
Madnix account verification
Like other licensed casinos, Madnix asks you to verify your identity, usually before your first withdrawal. Expect to upload a photo ID, a proof of address no older than three months and sometimes proof of your payment method.
Verifying early saves time: upload the documents right after you register, and your first withdrawal will not wait on the check.
How to contact Madnix support
