This page explains how to sign in to Betico, the most common reasons a login fails and how to fix them, what account verification involves, and how to reach Betico support. We link only to the official Betico site. On mobile the steps are the same in the browser. If Betico offers an app, you log in with the same details.
How to log in to Betico
- Open the official Betico site, for example through the button on this page.
- Click Log in at the top of the page.
- Enter the email address or username and the password you chose when you registered.

Can't log in to Betico? Common fixes
- Wrong password: use Forgot password on the login form and follow the link sent to your email. Check the spam folder.
- Account locked after several failed attempts: wait for the lock to expire or ask support to unlock it.
- Verification pending: some features, including withdrawals, stay blocked until your documents are approved.
- Self-exclusion or cool-off active: you cannot log in until the period ends. This is by design and support cannot lift it early.
- Site not available in your country: Betico blocks some countries. Do not use workarounds, as that breaks the terms and can void your winnings.
Betico account verification
Like other licensed casinos, Betico asks you to verify your identity, usually before your first withdrawal. Expect to upload a photo ID, a proof of address no older than three months and sometimes proof of your payment method.
Verifying early saves time: upload the documents right after you register, and your first withdrawal will not wait on the check.
How to contact Betico support
Betico offers live chat 24/7.
Support is available in 5 languages, including English, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian and Ukrainian.
