This page explains how to sign in to Betamo, the most common reasons a login fails and how to fix them, what account verification involves, and how to reach Betamo support. We link only to the official Betamo site. On mobile the steps are the same in the browser. If Betamo offers an app, you log in with the same details.

Can't log in to Betamo? Common fixes
Betamo lists 126 restricted countries, including Slovenia, Latvia, United States, Australia, Belgium and United Kingdom.
- Wrong password: use Forgot password on the login form and follow the link sent to your email. Check the spam folder.
- Account locked after several failed attempts: wait for the lock to expire or ask support to unlock it.
- Verification pending: some features, including withdrawals, stay blocked until your documents are approved.
- Self-exclusion or cool-off active: you cannot log in until the period ends. This is by design and support cannot lift it early.
- Site not available in your country: Betamo blocks some countries. Do not use workarounds, as that breaks the terms and can void your winnings.
Betamo account verification
Like other licensed casinos, Betamo asks you to verify your identity, usually before your first withdrawal. Expect to upload a photo ID, a proof of address no older than three months and sometimes proof of your payment method.
Verifying early saves time: upload the documents right after you register, and your first withdrawal will not wait on the check.
How to contact Betamo support
Betamo offers live chat 24/7.
Support is available in 6 languages, including English, French, German, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese.
Is it safe to log in to Betamo?
Our verdict: Betamo is legit, with caveats. It is licensed, but its safety score or terms leave room for problems. CasinoGuru gives Betamo a Safety Index of 7.2/10. Betamo is licensed by Malta Gaming Authority.
Only log in through the official Betamo address. Copycat sites with similar names collect passwords, so never enter your details on a page you reached from an unknown link or message.
