Can't log in to 1Red? Common fixes
- Wrong password: use Forgot password on the login form and follow the link sent to your email. Check the spam folder.
- Account locked after several failed attempts: wait for the lock to expire or ask support to unlock it.
- Verification pending: some features, including withdrawals, stay blocked until your documents are approved.
- Self-exclusion or cool-off active: you cannot log in until the period ends. This is by design and support cannot lift it early.
- Site not available in your country: 1Red blocks some countries. Do not use workarounds, as that breaks the terms and can void your winnings.
1Red account verification
Like other licensed casinos, 1Red asks you to verify your identity, usually before your first withdrawal. Expect to upload a photo ID, a proof of address no older than three months and sometimes proof of your payment method.
Verifying early saves time: upload the documents right after you register, and your first withdrawal will not wait on the check.
How to contact 1Red support
1Red offers live chat 24/7.
Support is available in 7 languages, including English, French, German, Italian, Arabic, Greek and Portuguese.
