Free spins are the most common part of a welcome offer for players in Belgium. The number of spins matters less than the value per spin, the games they are valid on and the wagering on the winnings. The table compares casinos that accept players from Belgium.
Can you get free spins in Belgium?
Not as a promotion at a licensed site. The Kansspelcommissie counts free spins as a bonus, and bonuses have been banned at licensed operators since 1 September 2024. Free spin offers aimed at Belgian players usually come from sites that are not licensed in Belgium.
Gambling advertising has also been heavily restricted since 1 July 2023, and since 1 January 2025 gambling brands may no longer appear on the front of sports shirts. Ads for free spins that you see on social media or in football coverage are a reason to be careful, not a sign of a good offer.
Slots at licensed sites run under the Belgian licence and the weekly deposit limit. Check the operator in the commission's list of licences before you play.
How do free spins work for players in Belgium?
Free spins are credited on one or more selected slots, usually after the first deposit, sometimes spread over several days. Each spin has a fixed value, and the winnings are added as bonus money that must be wagered before you can withdraw them.
Online casino games are legal in Belgium only at operators licensed by the Kansspelcommissie (Gaming Commission), on a licensed .be website; you must be 21 or over, and unlicensed sites are blacklisted and blocked.

What wagering means in EUR
With 35x wagering, a 100 EUR bonus means 100 x 35 = 3,500 EUR in bets before the bonus can be withdrawn. Slots usually count in full; table and live games often count less.
35x is the median wagering among the casinos on this page.
